Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LocalOffer AI, operated by Lifinity Technologies LLC. By using the website, submitting a form, requesting a quote, purchasing a package, approving content, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

If you use LocalOffer AI on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business.

LocalOffer AI provides local business visibility reviews, visibility score tools, local business page setup, service/menu content structure, Google-profile-ready copy, quote/request forms, intake workflows, outreach workflows, and related local presence support.

The core Local Visibility Setup is a practical setup service designed to help customers better understand what a business offers and contact or request a quote more easily.

Package details, prices, timelines, and deliverables may be shown on the website, checkout page, proposal, invoice, or written communication.

LocalOffer AI does not guarantee Google rankings, Google Business Profile approval, verification outcomes, leads, sales, revenue, customer reviews, search placement, platform acceptance, or business results.

We improve and organize local visibility assets and contact paths, but search engines, third-party platforms, customers, market conditions, and business operations remain outside our control.

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their services, licenses, insurance, pricing, claims, warranties, availability, photos, business hours, offers, compliance obligations, and customer relationships.

Businesses must review and approve any content, profile copy, page content, service descriptions, menus, offers, or quote paths before relying on them publicly.

Businesses must not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized content.

LocalOffer AI is not affiliated with Google. We may provide Google Business Profile setup assistance, profile-ready copy, and visibility suggestions, but Google controls its own platform, policies, approvals, rankings, verification, suspensions, and account decisions.

LocalOffer AI may also use or connect with third-party services such as hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, databases, analytics services, and automation tools. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

LocalOffer AI may route quote requests or contact requests to listed businesses. The business is responsible for responding to customers, providing services, honoring its own claims, and complying with applicable laws.

LocalOffer AI is not a party to the service relationship between a business and its customers unless we separately agree in writing.

LocalOffer AI may contact businesses using submitted or publicly available business contact information to introduce relevant visibility review, setup, or local business page services.

Outreach must not be used to mislead recipients, impersonate others, hide sender identity, or bypass unsubscribe and suppression controls. If a recipient unsubscribes or requests no further contact, we may retain suppression information to prevent future outreach.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Prices may be shown in Canadian dollars or U.S. dollars depending on market, checkout configuration, or package.

Setup fees cover review, preparation, page/content setup, operational work, and related fulfillment. Setup fees do not guarantee a specific ranking, lead volume, sales result, approval, or verification outcome.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may decline refunds where work has already started, deliverables have been prepared, access has been used, fraud or abuse is suspected, or a third-party cost has already been incurred.

If a package includes recurring service, maintenance, hosting, updates, or support, cancellation terms may be provided at checkout, in the customer account, or in written communication.

Where we reference a 48–72 hour setup target, that target assumes we have the required business details, access, approvals, payment confirmation, and customer cooperation.

Timelines may change if information is missing, third-party platforms delay access, the business requests revisions, or the project requires additional review.

LocalOffer AI may use AI-assisted systems to draft, organize, score, rewrite, or improve business content. AI-assisted output may contain errors, omissions, or assumptions.

You are responsible for reviewing final content before using it publicly or commercially.

LocalOffer AI, the website, internal tools, workflows, templates, layouts, and software are owned by Lifinity Technologies LLC or its licensors.

Businesses retain ownership of their own submitted business information, logos, photos, and materials, subject to the permission needed for LocalOffer AI to provide services and display approved business pages or content.

You may not misuse LocalOffer AI, attempt unauthorized access, attack or scrape the service, interfere with operations, submit malicious content, impersonate others, violate intellectual property rights, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.

LocalOffer AI does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or licensing advice. Any business, compliance, or marketing suggestions are general operational information and should be reviewed by the appropriate professionals where needed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalOffer AI and Lifinity Technologies LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Our total liability for a claim related to a paid service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by law.

We may update these Terms as LocalOffer AI changes. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
