These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LocalOfferAI, operated by Lifinity Technologies LLC. By using the website, searching for local options, submitting a form, requesting a quote, purchasing a package, approving content, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

If you use LocalOfferAI on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business.

LocalOfferAI provides local-search and decision-support features, business visibility tools, conversion-focused business pages, managed local websites, service or menu content structure, quote and intake workflows, profession-aware recommendations, and related business-growth support.

Current standard business offers may include the Local Action Page, Pro Lead Page, and Local Lead Site. Package details, prices, scope, and deliverables shown at checkout or in written proposals control the specific service purchased.

Larger or custom scopes may require review and a separate quote before work begins.

LocalOfferAI may use third-party business and mapping information, including live Google Maps Platform or Places data, to show named local businesses when available. LocalOfferAI does not maintain a general application cache of returned Google Places content; provider identifiers such as place IDs may be retained where permitted.

Business names, addresses, ratings, links, hours, availability, prices, credentials, and other third-party information can change or be incomplete. You should confirm important details directly with the business before relying on them.

LocalOfferAI may let you type a location or choose to share browser location for a search. Browser location permission is optional. The service does not guarantee that every search will return live business results.

LocalOfferAI does not guarantee Google rankings, Google Business Profile approval, verification outcomes, leads, sales, revenue, customer reviews, search placement, platform acceptance, local-search availability, or business results.

Search engines, third-party platforms, customers, market conditions, business operations, and third-party business data remain outside our control.

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their services, licenses, insurance, pricing, claims, warranties, availability, photos, business hours, offers, compliance obligations, and customer relationships.

Businesses must review and approve customer-facing business facts, profile copy, page content, service descriptions, menus, offers, photos, and quote paths before relying on them publicly.

Businesses must not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized content.

LocalOfferAI is not affiliated with Google. We may use Google Maps Platform, Google Places, or provide Google Business Profile-related guidance, but Google controls its own platform, policies, approvals, rankings, verification, suspensions, data availability, and account decisions.

Use of Google-powered search or map features is also subject to Google's applicable platform terms and privacy practices. Loading an embedded Google map or following a Google Maps link connects your browser to Google.

LocalOfferAI may also use or connect with third-party services such as hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, databases, analytics services, AI providers, search or mapping providers, and automation tools. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

LocalOfferAI may route quote requests or contact requests to listed businesses. The business is responsible for responding to customers, providing services, honoring its own claims, and complying with applicable laws.

LocalOfferAI is not a party to the service relationship between a business and its customers unless we separately agree in writing.

LocalOfferAI may contact businesses using submitted or publicly available business contact information to introduce relevant services.

Outreach must not be used to mislead recipients, impersonate others, hide sender identity, or bypass unsubscribe and suppression controls. If a recipient unsubscribes or requests no further contact, we may retain suppression information to prevent future outreach.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Prices may be shown in Canadian dollars or U.S. dollars depending on market, checkout configuration, or package.

Setup fees cover the specific review, preparation, page or website work, operational work, and related fulfillment described for the purchased service. They do not guarantee a specific ranking, lead volume, sales result, approval, or verification outcome.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may decline refunds where work has already started, deliverables have been prepared, access has been used, fraud or abuse is suspected, or a third-party cost has already been incurred, subject to applicable law and any written terms provided for the order.

If a package includes recurring service, maintenance, hosting, updates, or support, cancellation terms may be provided at checkout, in the customer account, or in written communication.

Delivery timing depends on the purchased scope and on receiving the required business information, photos, access, approvals, payment confirmation, and customer cooperation.

Timelines may change if information is missing, third-party platforms delay access, the business requests revisions, or the project requires additional review. A delivery target is not guaranteed unless it is confirmed for the specific order in writing.

LocalOfferAI may use AI-assisted systems to draft, organize, score, rewrite, summarize, or improve business content and recommendations. AI-assisted output may contain errors, omissions, or assumptions.

Generated draft content is not automatically treated as verified business truth. Businesses are responsible for reviewing final customer-facing facts before using them publicly or commercially.

For regulated professions, LocalOfferAI is intended to support general information architecture, workflow, intake, conversion, and verified-content planning rather than provide professional legal, medical, financial, mortgage, insurance, tax, or other regulated advice.

LocalOfferAI, the website, internal tools, workflows, templates, layouts, and software are owned by Lifinity Technologies LLC or its licensors.

Businesses retain ownership of their own submitted business information, logos, photos, and materials, subject to the permission needed for LocalOfferAI to provide services and display approved business pages or content.

You may not misuse LocalOfferAI, attempt unauthorized access, attack or improperly scrape the service, interfere with operations, submit malicious content, impersonate others, violate intellectual property rights, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.

LocalOfferAI is a software and business-services platform. Unless expressly agreed in writing for a specific engagement, Lifinity Technologies LLC does not act through LocalOfferAI as a law firm, accounting firm, medical provider, financial adviser, mortgage broker, insurance adviser, or licensing authority.

Information generated by the service may help users organize questions, compare public information, and manage business or customer workflows. Decisions that require regulated professional judgment should be confirmed with an appropriately qualified professional.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalOfferAI and Lifinity Technologies LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Our total liability for a claim related to a paid service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by law.

We may update these Terms as LocalOfferAI changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date. Continued use after changes is subject to the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
