LocalOfferAI is operated by Lifinity Technologies LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when businesses, visitors, prospects, and customers use our website, local-search tools, visibility tools, quote forms, intake forms, checkout flows, email communications, and related services.

LocalOfferAI helps people find and evaluate local options and helps local businesses improve customer-facing pages, websites, service information, quote/contact paths, and local visibility assets. To do that, we may process information submitted directly to us and business information that is publicly available online.

Business information: business name, category, location, service area, website, Google Business Profile or other public listing details, phone number, email address, services offered, photos or content you provide, publicly available business information, and visibility-related observations.

Contact information: name, email address, phone number, role, company, message details, reply history, communication preferences, unsubscribe requests, and suppression status.

Local-search and request information: search terms, service needs, locations or service areas you type, preferences you provide, and—only when you choose to use browser location and grant permission—location coordinates sent for that search request.

Customer request information: quote request details, service needed, project description, timing, location, customer contact details, and information submitted through quote or contact forms.

Order and payment information: selected package, market, checkout status, payment confirmation, fulfillment status, business intake details, and related service records. Payment card data is handled by payment processors such as Stripe; LocalOfferAI does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.

Technical and operational information: IP address, device and browser information, referral source, pages visited, timestamps, form events, email delivery events, usage events, administrative logs, and security-related events.

We may use publicly available or licensed business information to support local discovery, identify visibility gaps, review incomplete listings, and prepare business recommendations. When named local-search results are shown using Google Maps Platform or Places data, LocalOfferAI requests that business data for the search and does not maintain a general application cache of the returned Google Places content. Provider identifiers such as place IDs may be retained where permitted to support references or operational records.

Google Maps Platform may process the search or map request under Google's own terms and privacy practices. Loading an embedded Google map or following a Google Maps link connects your browser to Google.

We may contact a business using publicly available business contact information or information submitted to us to introduce relevant LocalOfferAI services.

Where required, outreach emails include sender identification, our mailing address, and an unsubscribe option. If you unsubscribe or ask us not to contact you, we may retain limited information, such as your email address or domain, to maintain a suppression record and avoid future outreach.

We use information to provide local-search and decision-support features, visibility reviews, business pages and websites, service or menu content, quote and intake flows, orders, service communications, and support.

We use operational information to monitor delivery, prevent abuse, manage suppression lists, control outreach volume, improve reliability, track fulfillment, maintain business records, and support security.

We may use submitted or publicly available business information to create draft recommendations, business-profile observations, business-page content, service structures, and customer-journey improvements.

If you check an optional LocalOfferAI marketing email box, we record that choice, the displayed statement, and its date and source. Promotional email stays on hold pending address verification. Leaving this box unchecked does not affect an ordinary profile check, business request, or customer service reply.

LocalOfferAI may use AI-assisted tools to draft, organize, summarize, rewrite, score, or improve business descriptions, service lists, local-search guidance, recommendations, outreach drafts, and customer-facing content.

AI-assisted output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Businesses are responsible for reviewing final content before using it publicly, especially facts about services, licenses, warranties, pricing, availability, qualifications, and compliance obligations.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate LocalOfferAI, including hosting providers, database providers, search and mapping providers, email delivery providers, payment processors, analytics tools, AI providers, automation tools, and security or operations vendors.

We may share quote request details with the listed business or service provider so they can respond to the request.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, to prevent abuse, to investigate misuse, or in connection with a business transfer, merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.

You can use LocalOfferAI local search by typing a city, neighborhood, postal code, address, or other area. If you choose Use my location, your browser or device may ask for permission to share coordinates for that request.

LocalOfferAI does not require browser location permission to use local search. You can decline permission and type an area instead. The local-search interface is designed not to substitute a hosting-server or datacenter location for your own chosen search location.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Those providers process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

LocalOfferAI may store package selection, payment confirmation, order status, business intake details, fulfillment notes, and service history, but does not store full card numbers.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, manage orders, maintain business records, comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, improve operations, and maintain suppression lists.

Suppression and unsubscribe records may be retained even after other information is deleted so we can respect no-contact requests and avoid sending future outreach.

LocalOfferAI does not use its application database as a general persistent cache for returned Google Places content. Other search-demand, user-submitted, business, security, and operational records are retained according to the purposes described in this policy.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect information. This includes restricting administrative access, using server-side environment variables for sensitive keys, monitoring operational systems, and limiting access to business records where appropriate.

No internet-based service can guarantee complete security. You should avoid submitting highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for the service.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suppression of your information by contacting us. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where required for legal, security, accounting, dispute, or suppression purposes.

Businesses may request that we update, correct, or remove a LocalOfferAI business page where appropriate.

You may unsubscribe from commercial outreach using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us directly.

LocalOfferAI is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy as LocalOfferAI changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date.
