LocalOffer AI helps local businesses review and improve their public business presence, service content, quote/contact path, and local visibility assets. To do that, we may process both information submitted directly to us and business information that is publicly available online.

Business information: business name, category, location, service area, website, Google Business Profile or public listing details, phone number, email address, services offered, photos or content you provide, publicly available business information, and visibility-related observations.

Contact information: name, email address, phone number, role, company, message details, reply history, communication preferences, unsubscribe requests, and suppression status.

Customer request information: quote request details, service needed, project description, timing, location, customer contact details, and information submitted through quote or contact forms.

Order and payment information: selected package, market, checkout status, payment confirmation, fulfillment status, business intake details, and related service records. Payment card data is handled by payment processors such as Stripe; LocalOffer AI does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.

Technical and operational information: IP address, device and browser information, referral source, pages visited, timestamps, form events, email delivery events, usage events, administrative logs, and security-related events.

We may review publicly available business information to identify visibility gaps, outdated or incomplete listings, missing service details, unclear quote/contact paths, and businesses that may benefit from LocalOffer AI services.

We may contact a business using publicly available business contact information or information submitted to us. Commercial outreach is intended to introduce relevant LocalOffer AI services such as visibility reviews, local business page setup, service/menu content cleanup, Google-profile-ready copy, and quote/contact path improvements.

Where required, outreach emails include sender identification, our mailing address, and an unsubscribe option. If you unsubscribe or ask us not to contact you, we may retain limited information, such as your email address or domain, to maintain a suppression record and avoid future outreach.

We use information to provide visibility reviews, prepare business pages, structure services or menu content, create Google-profile-ready copy, route quote requests, process orders, send service updates, manage support, and operate LocalOffer AI.

We use operational information to monitor delivery, prevent abuse, manage suppression lists, control outreach volume, improve reliability, track fulfillment, maintain business records, and support security.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate LocalOffer AI, including hosting providers, database providers, email delivery providers, payment processors, analytics tools, automation tools, and security/operations vendors.

We may share quote request details with the listed business or service provider so they can respond to the request.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Those providers process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

LocalOffer AI may store package selection, payment confirmation, order status, business intake details, fulfillment notes, and service history, but does not store full card numbers.
